Tropical Smoothie- Yummy for the tummy smoothie



I am back for another recipe of Yummy for the tummy smoothie! This recipe is from a smoothie recipe book, but I added more in my smoothie than the recipe in the book. I will put what I used for my smoothie than what the book put. I will used red for the book used.

"Tropical Smoothie."
2 Cups Of Kale-  1 cup of kale
2 Cups Of Tropical blend of fruits-1 cup of the tropical blend
1 cup and few splashes of Orange Juice because to make it blend- 1 cup of orange juice
I forgot to put the honey in it, but its very good without it- 2 Teaspoons of honey.
I didn't put any ice because my fruit was already frozen so it keep it cold- 1 Cup of Ice.


It taste so good, just like a tropical smoothie. It is sweet with no honey in it, I don't think you need to put honey in it. Just right now before I started to write this post, I got 1,000 views in 4 weeks of having my blog! SAID WHAT? YUP! CRAZY!

Yummy for the tummy smoothie! Day 7!

Said what, day 7? Can't be already day 7. Woohoo!
I was thinking to do something fun with you guys as a reader and me as the blogger, you should put your famous or one of your favorite smoothie recipe that YOU make and than you vote who smoothie sounds good or taste good if you do want to try their recipe out. Don't worried I will be trying all the recipes too! What happens if you have the most votes? You get a me to post your recipe on my blog and you get a shout out with your Twitter,Instagram, Youtube, social media shout out with the posting.  When it starts? Today, I asked my best friend,Melissa if she can give me a smoothie recipe for day 7 of my healthy smoothie post on my blog? She told me about a smoothie that her and her roommates made one night and she says its the best smoothie, but its not healthy. I was thinking about it and why not do a smoothie that is a treat for having healthy smoothie for a week and why not have a smoothie that will help our craving for chocolate? This smoothie will crave your sweet tooth! This recipe is not created by Melissa and her roommates, they found it online and there is MANY recipes of this.

Nutella Banana Smoothie! 

1/3 cups of nutella
1 banana 
1 cup of Greek yogurt- the recipe used yogurt but for semi healthier do Greek
1 cup of ice

Yummy for the tummy smoothie- day 6



I was so happy, that we made it to day 7,but I realize after getting the post all ready to post and I schedule, but I realize today was day 6!!! This one is filling for a meal like breakfast. Jamaba Juice have something like it, but not that filling.

Mango Carrot Smoothie

1 Cup of Almond Milk- not the sweet one
1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter- you can do almond butter 
1/2 cup of Carrot- cut them into small pieces
3/4 cups of mango 
ice- up to you how cold you want it

But today I post right now when I am heading to bed.. 12 am on Tuesday! Thumbs up for early post! I post this early so who ever see it and doesn't know what they want for breakfast!

I was thinking about Costco berry smoothie, they have and thinking about try to make my own. Why not?? 
  • Raspberries 
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries 
  • Spinach- to make it more healthy
  • Yogurt- can be Greek if you want

Yummy for my tummy smoothies- Day 4

This smoothie I had as a salad before, but I am twisting it up and I tried it as a smoothie and its so good. Sorry, No picture..  Just been busy as a bee

  • Strawberries- how much or little you want
  • Spinach- I did a lot 
  • Kale- little less than spinach
  • Chi Seeds- few pinches 
  • Half banana
  • Water to help bend 
  • Ice if you want your smoothie ice cold.
  • Your love to making smoothies

Yummy for the tummy smoothie- Day 3

I bought a green juice/smoothie book at Target on sale for $3.00 and normal price was $12.00. I tried out a smoothie from the book and it is very good, but its little spicy. I change it up from the recipe from the book. I pretty much used the same veggies from the recipe. I am sorry, but I forgot to take a picture what it look like, but its came out to be a bright red color. I won't make this if you are not used to spicy. It have a great kick from the spice.

Update on " Yummy for the tummy smothies"

Hello to my blog readers! Here is another smoothie recipe, and here the heads up. Today is Good Friday and I usual make my smoothies when my dad is at work, but today my dad doesn't work. He works at a high school, so he gets the days off work as the students. Plus next week is their Spring Break. Hopefully my dad won't be drinking next week, so I am able to make my smoothies! IF I am not able to make a smoothie on a day or few days because he is drunk, I will be posting smoothie recipes that I tried and LOVE, don't worried I will post the links. Why I can't make smoothies when my dad is drunk? One reason is when he drunk, I can't deal with him and if he is sleeping, I don't want wake him up with the house noise of making smoothie. Today, I will be hanging out with my boyfriend at his room rental and its hard to do smoothies when I have most of the veggies at my place and tonight my mom,grandpa,my boyfriend, I will be going to Good Friday Service at church. Let's begin!

Yummy for the tummy daily smoothie

A kale and banana smoothie.

1-2 handful of kale.    
 1 banana  at room temperature.
 a splash of water to help to blend       
 1 handful of ice. If you want your smoothie cold. 
  1-2 spoons full of chi seeds: if you have some great if not its still yummy without them,                      The smoothie taste like banana  and it's very creaming texture. If someone doesn't like kale they will love this smoothie because you can't taste the kale.

Healthy, yummy in my tummy smoothies

I been eating healthy almost a week now, I been making healthy smoothies everyday, so I have idea posting everyday a smoothie I made. I'm not a pro at making smoothies. The color of the smoothies might be looking weird, but the taste is great and healthy!

What I should call the name of the smoothie posts? I was thinking yummy for the tummy smoothies?
