Day 6- Stroke Awareness Month!

F.A.S.T Stroke.  The other post before this was for "F" and Face drooping and this one is for "A" and that is Arm Weakness!

How you know to tell arm weakness? Does one arm drifts down? First raise both arms and see if one arm drifts down.  Arm can feel weak and you can't grab on to a cup without a grip.
The arm droops down and look like there's no muscle is holding it up.

I'm sorry for this short post, its simple for arm weakness

Day 5- Stroke Awareness Month

I am super sorry that this post is late, by 2 days. The main reason why this post is late because on Tuesday when I woke up, I had a sore throat. So, all day on Tuesday, I slept and ate and slept all day and drank tons of warm tea. I am better now, praise the Lord!

This post is and next 3 post will be about "FAST." Fast is the 4 signs of having a Stroke and its the most common way to tell if someone is having a Stroke.

This post is going be on "F," the F is for Face Drooping.

Face Drooping can be on the right or left side of the face.

Day 4- Stroke Awareness Month

Day 4 of Stroke Awareness Month! Sorry that I post this 3 days late! Why I post this late? The main reason why, I wasn't feeling good on 4th than on the 5th I got worse and 6th I was feeling better, but didn't had energy to do get on my laptop. :/ Sorry all!!
Yesterday post was about left side of the brain stroke and this post is about the right side of the brain stroke.

The effects having a stroke on the right side of the brain is recognize things you see, hear, or touch. They have short attention span, and sadly, they do have poor judgement, and memory loss. You might said oh I know someone who had a Stroke, on the right side, but they don't have any of these problems, well some do and some don't because its all depends on the Stroke. Some people who had a Stroke, really didn't got a major impact than others.

May the 4th be with you!

Today is May 4th and if you are a geek, you know today as STAR WARS DAY!! May the 4th be with you today! Don't let Darth Vader come and make your day horrible because he doesn't have the force with him. He just wants use his lightsaber on you to push you down to die that positive right out of you. Don't fear the day ahead of you. Don't get angry over little things in life because it wouldn't get better, its just will get worse. "Fear is the path to the Dark Side. Fear leads to angry; anger leads to hate; hates leads to suffering." Be a Jedi not a Stormtroppers who follows bad.
Have a great day! Happy Starwars day!

Day 3- Stroke Awareness Month.

Day 3- Left brain Stroke.
Tomorrow is going be about Right brain Stroke.

Having a stroke can happen on left or right side of the brain. Both, right and left side stroke effect's is hard to recover. Its just all depends if the person makes it to the hospital quickly to get the shot to help the person to not get the effects of the stroke. My dad was late to get the shot to help him out and his stroke was on the left side. When my dad had a stroke, he couldn't walk at all and he had to learn how to walk again and ride a bike and learn how to drive again. The left side of the brain deals with speech, mathematics, writing skills, science.

Day 2 Stroke Awarenss

Sorry that I forgot to post yesterday for Stroke Awareness Month. So, here day 2.

There is many factors can cause someone to have a stroke. People think when someone have a stroke, the person must be unhealthy, who is an alcoholic or who isn't healthy. That is some causes that someone who had a stroke. Stroke can happen to anyone, it doesn't matter if you are healthy, or even young. It can happen at any age and doesn't matter if you are fit or not. If someone in your family who had a stroke, you are at risk for a stroke. My dad had a stroke and my aunt had two stroke's and they are alcoholic's and they unhealthy and they smoke. My church pastor's wife, she had a stroke, but she is healthy, young. You might be thinking how that is possible? She founded out that she have a little hole in her heart.

What you should do to help not to get a stroke? You just cannot just do all the right things and bam you don't have to worried that you won't get a stroke. If you get a stroke, it happens. Just tried to prevent a stroke, eat healthy, workout, don't smoke, don't drink.

April Favorites

Can't believe April is already is over and now its May.  This year gone so fast and so quick and before we know it, its going be 2016! I think this year is going fast for me because I am older and when I was little I thought going through a year takes forever, but I was little and when you are little things goes slow.  I am proud to said that I am doing another month favorite's!  I know there isn't a lot this month because I didn't went out and got anything new, but only one thing I got new was the lip gloss.

This is so far my favorite shampoo and conditioner because it smells amazing, but also makes your hair feels so soft. I couldn't find on Amazon the shampoo, but here where you can get the  Conditioner to buy

This is my all time favorite body scrub/ body wash. It is so amazing because its all  natural plus its a scrub in one! I love the smell, the smell isn't strong, but its a hint of smell. When you put it on your body, it feels like lotion and than you keep massage it in your body it, feels so smoothly.Where to buy this product
This is the new lip product I bought in April. This lip gloss say its a lip plumper, but I couldn't tell when I have it on. Its a perfect nude lip color, its not too bright or too plain. This is PERFECT pair with my Mac Lipstick. Get your own

Stroke Awareness Month of May!

The month of May is Stroke Awareness Month and I am going be posting something about Stroke each day of the month of May. Why I am doing this? The first main reason why I am doing this, because when I was only 10 years old my dad had a stroke when I was home alone with him. At that time, I was clueless and I didn't know anything about Stroke and nothing about how I could tell if someone is having one. When I was home with him, it was in August of 2004 and it was still Summer time and I went in to check in on my dad and he wasn't the same. I was worried and I called my mom ( at this time my mom work was only 10 mins from the house) and told her dad isn't the same as before. So, my mom came home for lunch and saw how my dad was and she wanted to take him to the doctors office. So, I helped my mom with my dad to take him to the doctors and the doctors told my mom that my dad was having a stroke and to take him to the ER. He was too late for getting the shot to help him to not get effect of the Stroke, so he got a lot damage from the stroke. He had to learn how to drive again and walk again. So, I want to help people learn about Stroke, so if they see anyone having a stroke they can give that person help fast.

Fact of the day: Every 3.1 mins someone dies from having a stroke. Every 45 seconds someone in America is having a stroke!
