Yummy for the tummy daily smoothie

A kale and banana smoothie.

1-2 handful of kale.    
 1 banana  at room temperature.
 a splash of water to help to blend       
 1 handful of ice. If you want your smoothie cold. 
  1-2 spoons full of chi seeds: if you have some great if not its still yummy without them,                      The smoothie taste like banana  and it's very creaming texture. If someone doesn't like kale they will love this smoothie because you can't taste the kale.
