Easy and quick breakfast.


Sorry for no smoothie recipe today, but I got a yummy easy way to cook eggs. It's like scramble eggs, but the eggs is lighter  it's hard to describe it to you.  Let's begin , ready?


I used two eggs, you can used 1 or 2 eggs, but more eggs is more time to cook. 
Than get a mug, any size mug will do. 
Crack the egg(s) in the mug and put any season you want. I love Tajin with eggs and little garlic. 
Than put a wet paper towel on the mug make sure you squeeze the extra water out.  Than cook for 90 seconds that is 1 min and 30 seconds, if you have more than 2 eggs put in for 2 minutes. DON'T put milk with the eggs because it will not cook right ad it will make it soupy like. 
The final  results of the food! It's very good and quick way to get breakfast or a snack without having to cook for a long time. Enjoy!
