Yummy for my tummy smoothies- Day 4

This smoothie I had as a salad before, but I am twisting it up and I tried it as a smoothie and its so good. Sorry, No picture..  Just been busy as a bee

  • Strawberries- how much or little you want
  • Spinach- I did a lot 
  • Kale- little less than spinach
  • Chi Seeds- few pinches 
  • Half banana
  • Water to help bend 
  • Ice if you want your smoothie ice cold.
  • Your love to making smoothies
